Bleu ecchymose est l'aboutissement de 4 années de recherches, d'expérimentation et de réflexion, 4 ans en arrière plan, à imaginer les contrastes et techniques pour obtenir ce rendu précis.
C'est une rencontre avec trois de mes grands amours: le surréalisme, le tatouage graphique et le croquis.
C'est la couleur de ce que je ressens quand je lis Boris Vian, quand il pleut et qu'il fait soleil en même temps, quand l'absurdité de tout se fait enfin un peu plus douce.
Bleu Ecchymose ("bruises blue" in french) is the result of 4 years of graphic and semiotics studies and creative process. I wanted to draw things with the bruises color spectrum. In the end I fell in love with the vibration of the extreme opposite polarities of this spectrum. The surrealist and poetic way it colors the subjects. Bleu Ecchymose is the color of sincere emotions, the sun shining when it's raining at the same time, the things making you feel alive.
